Free Trial Sessions

We offer a free 30-minute demo session for new students. This session allows you to evaluate our teaching style and approach before committing. No charges apply for this session.
Prepaid Sessions and Packages

Cancellation Before the First Session: Full refunds are available if you cancel before attending the first paid session.

Cancellation After the First Session: If you decide to discontinue after the first paid session, a refund will be issued for the remaining sessions, minus the cost of the completed session.

Ongoing Packages: Refunds for unused sessions will not be provided.
Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to our support team at tech.tutortree@gmail.com.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Missed sessions without prior notice or rescheduling will not be eligible for refunds.

Customized courses or special programs are non-refundable once they commence.
Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in rescheduling privileges being limited and you will charged for the session.
